Thanks Shelly - took a while to obtain the centre caps and wheel lugs but I think it was worth the wait. Having a red interior, the wheels help to bring it all together (and no more worrying about cracked wheels !!)

Hi Colin,

Hubs have been cleaned and painted but will need a couple more coats when I get time. Really need to remove the callipers completely and get them on the bench to clean and paint them up but not sure this is a job I am happy to take on myself. Would love to do them red to match but don't want to do a "bodge" on them.

Be nice to 'get the twins out' and have a pre July run somewhere - as long as it's not raining :)

Halfords do a decent caliper paint, spray can, just done mine. Make sure you degrease properly and mask off any seals. Good finish dries quite quick, worth a look.

Thanks ZTec - got some smooth hammmerite here but dont fancy trying to paint them in situ. Stripping them down to remove the callipers is not a problem but I'm not sure they would ever work again if I managed to get them back on :)

Think I'll wait until I meet up with some fellow Zedders to get a little advice on this.

I know what you mean Dave. I gave my hubs another coat about a month ago and they look much better.

I'd like to change the calipers and pads completely for something with a meatier look but have no idea which aftermarket ones will fit. If this means a hub change too I'll accept that.

Anyone reading this who knows where I might find this info, please do shout out.

Great looking Zed you have. I think the E89s look awesome in white. The wheels really suit it

Thanks Paul, interesting info on the link. :scorecard:

I know what you mean about there being 'lots out there' but in some ways that's part of the problem. The one's you linked me to say 'for Z4M' but it doesn't mention if these fit the non 'M' vehicle. If I'm even contemplating spending over £2,000 on a kit I will need to know for sure that they fit my mounts.

I'll keep searching though :)
