Hi folks!
Originally I lived in the UK and in 1998 bought a '96 BMW Z3 1.9 Roadster, in the baby blue with beige interior ... I had always wanted to be Bond! ;-) Had that for 4 years, drove many, many miles in it, and loved the heck out of every single mile!
Moved to Vancouver, Canada in 2003 and always wanted another roadster. Just last week heard of one at a local BMW dealer that was a 2005 Z4 3.0i Roadster, black on black, with only 57,300 kms (~33,000 miles) on the clock, and most importantly, it's manual! Went to have a look right away and it is in immaculate condition, just really unbelievably good, so picked it up this weekend ... ohhh my goodness I had forgotten just how much these cars make me smile! Once again, I am that kid in a candy store, only with an untamed beast beneath my right foot, just waiting to be released!!
So that's my story and I'll be on here occasionally looking for ideas and help. I love to keep cars original, but will be adding a clear wind deflector quite soon, that's about the extent of my customization
