Just fitted today my 50th birthday pressy from the family I purchased it from fellow Fourm member and plumber @Bozzy thanks mate.
Had to get a 90mm x 80 mm hose as my zed is a 3.0 went on a dream.
love the noise it makes it’s must be the boy racer in me or middle life crisis as the mrs calls it.
Noticed the car definitely wants to rev out more cleanly
Next job on list is to change ccv and hoses that have been in a box since Christmas any one any tips in how to it ?

You're welcome mate, pleased it's gone to an enthusiast with a very nice looking zed .

I don't have a clue about your ccv unfortunately but I'm sure @t-tony or @Lee could enlighten you.

Never having done one Rodney all I can say is be methodical when taking things apart noting where and how they fit.

Yeah I’ve done a couple of CCV valve changes. It’s not a difficult job just a long one. I always do them with the manifold left in place some people like to remove the manifold. Just make sure you have the correct CCV body as some are for hot or cold climates also get all the hoses.
