Z4 Coupe 3.0 Si Auto
Hi All,

I'm new to the forum, but I follow the Z4 UK owners & Z4 owners on Facebook.

My car is a 2009 registered Z4 Coupe 3.0 Si Auto and I love it. It is Carbon black with extended Champagne Nappa along with piano black - all extras apart from Sat Nav. I have owned it from new and it has covered just over 13k miles.

I hope to remain to proud owner of this Z until death do us part!!

Look forward to seeing threads on the Z4....interested in possibly changing the wheels - currently sitting on 18" 108's but the corrosion is a nightmare....already been swapped once by BMW and now unfortunately out of warranty. May look to refurb them or a change of style - I really like the M Coupe wheels :)

All the best,
Natalie

Welcome Natalie,

Sarah (@Girls.love.bmws.2) who runs that FB page also frequents this site. We like to share events between the two so that us Zed crazies get together more often.

Love your Coupe, had the same wheels on my 3.0 Z4 Roadie. Black and champagne is a wonderful combination!

Likewise.
I love those wheels and I think I'd get them re-furb'd, keeping it original. There's a good place in Rotherham if you decide to get them done.

Thanks Chipper3 :) I think I will get them refurbed as I like the 18's too. I think 19's would be too firm a ride! Thanks for the advice - I have found a few good refurbers down this way - Pristine & Mint Alloys - so, may just have to get all four off and got for a great refurb! I have been buying all the kit to give her a proper detailing too - so, my Woolly Mammoth cloth and associated stuff arrives today, my pure wool mitt and Meguiars paint restoration kit. So, a full day of getting my paintwork tip top will soon be had! As my car was built in 2008, but not registered until 2009 and was sat in a field somewhere for about a year - BMW chose to give the paintwork a quick mopping and it's time it was done properly :)

It looks like many wheel re-furbers do a better job than most manufacturers!!

I'm sure a little TLC will get it looking like a new pin again.
