Hi peeps. I need to get a new snowfoam gun for my Nilfisk jet washer. I don't want the plastic one that comes with them again because frankly they aren't up to much and deliver the foam far to thinly.
Soooooo any advice on a gun that delivers the foam thicker so it sticks and a decent foam, I'm all ears.

Thanks geezers

I got the autobrite one - they do a deal with 5l of foam. It’s worth it over the cheap stuff - I get a year out of 5l (that’s a lot of washes!)

I use the pro-Kleen one. It has a valve you can open close for different saturation

Autobrite one, with magifoam. Magifoam can come out like shaving foam with one of them if that's what you want. 5l will last you about a year also. I don't think it's got the best cleaning ability but certainly helps. I am going to try bilt hamber auto foam next.

I was so tempted to use this photo as an "It's create your own caption time" photo.....such as:

I thought they sent me a foaming solution but it was liquid Plaster!!!...

Yes, that's the one. Double check your connection before you go ahead, if you have a standard Nilfisk it's the bayonet one usually. Cheaper if you go direct. Free delivery on all Autobrite products at moment although they are saying delivery will be 7 - 10 days. If you want to stock up on magifoam 5l is £29 from them. If you wait for the sale magifoam will come down to about £20, they usually have a massive one at easter (not this time) and Christmas. I would try the sample foam you get and see if you like it.

You can get cheaper lances, only about a tenner but they don't seem to last as well and get clogged up easily. I have a couple of cheap ones I use with a citrus wash and top gloss rinse as they don't need foaming up. And they fall over easily due to the design of the bottle, the autobrite one doesn't now it's been redesigned.

*EDIT - just seen they are not in stock directly at the moment

Thanks for the info Dave. I'll shop it for price, I'll have to check my connection first then to make sure I get the right fitting.
