More and more things are going online for payments, and so more of these scams will appear.

I always think the language is clunky in these things and usually not what you would expect from these organisations. Even if it’s just the odd word. But the visual style of these things is often pretty authentic.

I’ve had three TV licence renewals which to some unwary People might look genuine with official looking headers and wording. The foreign email address gives the game away list the threat of prosecution if you don’t pay NOW!!!

Had that one at 1830hrs. today - payments to EE for mobile and BB had been made in last 24hrs. Similar to @yocky z3 2.0 earlier comment.
