New roof day

After one of the most expensive weekends of my life it's the day where I get my new roof fitted.
Yay!
Got to soft tops croydon for 9am, awful drive as the speed bumps in some streets are more like kerbs so a few times I had to turn around and find a different route!

Same when I got to the garage, down a alley way with a slight descent, fine in most cars but not mine, tried a few angle and managed to reverse in with minimal scraping.

Now sat in Costa, extremely tired, waiting for the phone call.

Great news is that he doesn't take credit card, and I spent all my money on Kate's bag

New roof is on! Took him less than 3 hours. Looks banging!
I'll get a picture later. 300mile motorway test run

That's an idea - I'll see whether I can swap my old bag for a new roof too. I might occasionally miss her though.

I just got black. I was getting red until the interior was swapped.
I'll get a better one tomorrow...
