Hello. New M Coupe owner looking for knowledge, power and pretty pictures of BMWs. Last 6 cars all Beemers. Z3 2.8 (facelift steel grey), 330i saloon (e46 silver), Z4 3.0se (Sterling Grey), Z4M Coupe (Interlagos Blue), 335i saloon (e90 black) and Z4M Roadster (Sepang Bronze) - all before the S50 I picked up last weekend!

Mods planned including H&R ARBs, potentially adjustable dampers and I still need to fit my Storm knob, fix a door actuator and generally sort a few niggly things out. But i'm keen, love the car and am enjoying the difference of an S50 to an S54 engine (love that traction control on the breadvan is basically watching the weather report before you leave the house!).

Anyway I hope to learn a lot on here and already checked out the how-to section.

Welcome @inkey$

Nice to see another Coupe in here. I need to make the place a little more Coupe friendly so it doesn't seem like we discriminate ;) Although if it makes you happier you can get here using http://zcoupe.org/forum :D

Cheers, Gary

Welcome.

Nice pic... Angry sky.

Like the battered tin in the background. Nice contrast.

Good job you've got a roof!. I reckon you'd be getting wet shortly!

Haha

:)

When I was a boy bread vans had a perkins Diesel engine. I must have missed these Beauties!;)

Gorgeous car, and a big welcome from Lincoln.

Thanks guys. Yeah I know with the roof Im not strictly purist but with 8/10ths of my car roadster I hope I can be forgiven! Plus I have very fond memories of my 2000 plate, Steel Grey 2.8 vert :)

This was my old roadster. Still miss her. Had opportunity to buy again a few years back after spotting on Autotrader but missed out. W28 Reg.

Serious pocket money needed for a Z8, Inkey. You don't mention any Z1s? not on your bucket list then!

Welcome to the forum! Looks like you really are a Zed Addict!!!!

Z8 may have to wait a few years! Z1 I think I still need to get my head around, but that front end is the closest I'd ever come to owning an M1!

By the way, anybody know the best most cost effective way to get additional keys? MC only came with one, knackered main key.
