Hi Steve, sorry if I've confused you but I knew a fellow Gov worker a few yrs ago called Steve Bostock, just thought it could have been you, MTCM is a Ref for a establishment which he would have recognised. (It felt a bit like going to Australia on your hols and bumping Into someone you know if you know what I mean?.)
