Hi everyone, just wanted to say hello as a new member.
Ive always owned BMW's but purchased my first Z3 about a year ago now.
I have a 2002 2.2L. Love the car and have spent many hours in the garage working on it.
I have carried out a full service, wheel refurbishment and a new roof fitted.
My latest project was changing the seats as I found the standard Z3 seats too uncomfortable. Pictures attached.

Those seats suit the car well. May I ask what make they are please? My standard seats do get uncomfortable after an hours drive or so.

I have no idea what these seats are out of 🤷‍♂️ I took a chance with them and bought them off ebay hoping I could make them fit because I liked the look of them.
With some fabrication work I managed to bolt them onto the original seat bases so they are still electric.

Hi and welcome from me near Lincoln. The seats remind me of Rover 75 seats as someone on here fitted some into a Z3 but I don’t recall there being a “hole” in the headrest area.

Tony.
