Bought a 1997 Z3 a few weeks ago hopefully we will have some nice weather so I can give it a good run with the roof down for a 22year of car it's in great condition and drives really well I am having an occasional smell of petrol can't seem to find where it's coming from any help would be appreciated thanks

Petrol smell could be the rubber gasket on the fuel filler cap not sealing perfectly. Is more noticable with a fullish tank and/or after left hand bends?
