Hello Zroadster,

I'm a new owner and enthusiast of the Z3. Just purchased my first ever manual vehicle, which happens to be a 1998 Z3. 1.9L 5 speed. It's black exterior, tan interior with a tan soft top. It has the wood center counsel, heated seats, sock 17in wheels. I purchased it with 48,xxx miles on it. It's currently at my local BMW expert (not the dealer) giving it a once over to make sure it's safe for the next 50,000 miles.

A few fixes I will be doing myself immediately are 1) seatbelt guides, for which I purchased a plastic piece on Etsy, 2) Seat bushings to fix the wobble, and 3) truck lid lift supports.

I would also be interested in one day upgrading the headlights, and probably the wheels. Any suggestions appreciated. Happy to be a Z3 owner and looking forward to many fun drives!

Welcome to the forum, add your location and car model and year to your user detail or add them in to a signature so it appears in your posts. Handy to know where you are and what car you have in case any of us are near to you and lend a hand when you need some help.

Welcome. Not sure where you are based however if your not looking to go mad on the wheels these guys often have some at reasonable prices. Best thing is to call them and see what they've got as it constantly changes ... Do push them on prices as their ebay shop is like £80 (for a set of 4 including the tyres) versus website of £100.
