New leakage under car

The drips on your drive belt looks like coolant, most likely coming from your water pump.

The oil leak looks like it's coming from the power steering pump

As above I agree with jack,yours is pretty clear where it's leakin from, in the past I've parked the cars over a sheet of cardboard to see where the leaks were coming from.

In agreement regarding the water pump leaking, time for a new one.
The power steering pipes are probably seeping at their ends where they are crimped on, the rubber deteriorates with age and those crimped clamps loose grip, examine the pipe ends and try replacing the crimp clips with jubilee clips to get a tighter fit.
