Hi All,

In two weeks I will have possession of a 1997 Z3 convertible with a 2.8 motor and a 5 speed tranny.

I am swapping my Harley Sportster for his car, I don't use the Haley much anymore and he hardly uses the car

It has an issue in that when it starts it runs rough for a minute or two and then smooths out, what can cause that???

Hi @bilito welcome from me near Lincoln, UK. As Andy said, first stop for me would be a code read to see if there are codes stored. Also if you have history I would be looking at spark plugs, coils etc. To see if they're ready for change. Please keep us posted on your progress, along with some pictures too if you have some.
