Got a re-furbed calliper as well £42.50 -10 core ... no point in rebuilding when there £32.50 delivered!

Torque for the carriers is 81 FT LB - Took me ages to google that in case your the same...
Sliding pins are just tight at around 20ft lbs...

I used Spherex Mat black engine enamel on the callipers and carriers, quite like the subdued look!

The rear disks are a bargain every where else wanted twice that price for TRW rears...

I never bother with pad wear sensors they seem like a waste of time, visual inspection is so easy and tell you so much more about condition...
