Certainly not Zorg has a great future and all the admin team are committed in developing this site to its full potential and I would hope the people that have already shown their support continue and work towards making this a great community for all to enjoy. :ymhug:

No not a Pessimist, just looking for an answer to a question, as i am full .Org supporter, it is quite interesting to see the comments of the Fickle .Net populace to the news, it was only a month ago they all wanted TC's head on a pike, now its all roses and bottom smacking....................

Funny how people have short memories,

and I would not want to see this site dissapear after all the hard work that has gone into its development to produce a fresh new look and more modern arena for the future zed owners to come.

Not at all ;) We have way too much going on now, first sample merchandise is on the way, the stickers we should hopefully have those samples soon I believe. That's not even starting with the car shows, the online store that's ready (waiting for the merchandise) as well as lots of other ideas and fun stuff for everyone. Just the tip of the iceberg :)

I think we've established we're doing our own thing and everyone seems happy with what we have achieved in under 2 months. There is still masses of work for us to do and we're beavering away in the wings to make improvements so as long as everyone wants .org, they will get .org! ;)

Also, please remember this site is for you so if you have ideas for stuff (even maps with coloured pins :) )then let us know and we will do our very best to make it happen. It might not happen right away but we do take note and will do our very best to get it done in the future.

And (should never start a sentence with and but i'm going to) most importantly, not forgetting, the massive amount of money raised for charity in such a short time by such generous people you all are ^:)^ :-bd :ymhug: . I think to give up now would be a great disrespect to those who have donated and to the charity itself as we have come this far in two months so given 12 months who knows what can be achieved.

[Edit] zedonist: I just wanted to add, very valid question and thanks for asking as I'm sure people would want to know for sure that we're not going to give up now. Hopefully that reassures everyone that the hard work put in by you all is truly appreciated and well worth the effort.

As James says, we have only just started with Zorg!

Looking at the site stats for January, we had over 2,000,000 (yes, 2 million) page hits! Thats from zero to 2 million in just 7 weeks. \m/ Just wish I could make money that quickly!

James, do not, do your self down, two months and the site is astonishing never mind happy, ecstatic sjould be the word, I have been developing a supplier portal for my business for twelve months and it is hard work, so it is most certainly hats off to you and the team for the miracle you have pulled off, you should be extremeley proud of the achievement, and this is why i asked the question, because i do not want to see it fail and am a full supporter of .net, will certainly let you have my ideas.

Special delivery of primer coloured pins due in next week. You'll need to finish the colours off yourself though ;)

Thanks zedonist :ymhug: I think maybe you meant .org in the support :D not that we would mind anyone supporting one or both sites at all, there's room for us all ont'internet.

We basically started it off as we would for any project we do in our business, although rather backwards as you all get to see the test versions as we go along. I would normally have a development site, which in time we'll setup, but for speed sake it's being done more on the fly rather than duplicating time and effort. This is what we do so generally know what things work and don't work which always helps.

Looking forward to the ideas, love em, even coloured pins! :D

I don't get this comment at all, people on .net are basically getting what they wanted so how is that fickle? I think people are just showing their gratitude for the .net team that have spent their own time and effort to carry out the majorities wishes ? Not fickle at all in my books.
