Just been reading the 'locked' thread regarding .net not being fun etc.
I hope I may be allowed to comment via a new thread and I assume most of you know that I co own .net.
First, I agree with Gary regarding such a topic and I applaud his sensitivity in locking it.
Second, I didnt find anything in the thread that wasnt fair comment. I agree that .net isnt light and humerous because those people posting are not making light and humerous posts. It is more about technical matters, buying and selling and modifying.
If thats what the members want, so be it.
.org is more ' banter' related and works well for those who want to participate in those threads.
Most people contribute to both forums and the two sites seem to cohabit pretty well which is how it should be.
As long as everyone is happy thats all that matters.

I too agree with phil. I am an active member on both sites and participate in topics that are relevant to me either replying to topics or posting something that may be of interest to others. I also participate in certain events when possible. I dont find much difference between both sites for the reasons i use them.

The 'Whats on your desktop' thread is not very serious at all, in fact I was worried about it because nobody seemed to notice the strange red reflectors on the rear bumper which really caught my eye.

Following the debates and criticism of zroadster.net both here and on there by members, I am in an awkward situation and feel a conflict of interest by being a Mod on zroadster.org. and zroadster.net.

I must therefore will give up the Mod position here on zroadster.org.
