I bought the same kit from Halfords a few years ago. The jack and the axle stands are good, never used the back board or the chocks. You could get a jack and stands for around £55ish on amazon so it depends if you will use the other bits and pieces.

If you are only going to be lifting your car occasionally those stands and jack are okay. But if you think you will get into things more then the value question also moves into longer term use and suitability. And to me they are too lightweight for regular use. Especially the jack. But then the jack I use is around £150 now from Machine Mart.

It looks a decent price to me for the kit provided, but then it does look a bit short on quality. However, you can pay a lot for quality tools that you maybe only use a few times, so it all depends how many times you are intending to use it.
Personally, I try to avoid going under the car nowadays, so for me, an occasional wheels off/brakes/oil change/ inspection, this should be fine.
You will need some rubber/wood blocks on the top of the jack and stands to avoid damaging the underside, so factor this in as well.

You might want tyo consider a low profile trolly jack as the Z's are low and some trolly jacks will be too hight to get under the sills to the jacking points. Alternative is to drive the car onto some short lengths of scaffold board to raise the car to allow taller jacks to clear the sills. Some rubber hockey pucks with an oblong cut into them so they slot into the jacking point recess protects the car when using a trolly jack.

True words @colb , depending on the trolley jack it might be very tight unter the Z. I used to have a trolley jack similar to this one https://www.amazon.de/Unitec-10008-...d=1&keywords=wagenheber&qid=1623933781&sr=8-5 (not identically the same though) and there were always some millimeters missing, I had to grab the car by the wheel housing and lift it a tiny bit, otherwise the jack wouldn't fit.
Meanwhile I'm using a proper trolley jack:
Well worth the money, wouldn't like to go back to the smaller one ever again!

No matter what you buy, please make sure to use some additional safety when working under your car, for example some old wheels under the side sills or some massive wood blocks in case the stands fail!

Thanks Col, I did remember your advice on the low profile jack and think this is low profile. However I am having second thoughts about this and may just take a punt and buy the gasket etc on what you think it could be and come to zedshed cymru for it to be fitted

Thank you for the advice and yes I will look at the additional safety if I do decide to do it.

Low profile trolly jack on ebay at a budget price, most on offer are Chinese so reckon this one is as well, looks decent enough and would be ok used in conjunction with axle stands https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/193933899955?epid=4045918858&hash=item2d275c78b3:g:xOoAAOSwMDJgQcMm
You can get 4 axle stands also at a budget price here https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/393244032629?hash=item5b8f2bbe75:g:M0oAAOSwZo5fYYr5
Paul, get the gasket and Bush as per the list I sent you and we will fix up a day to sort it, got to be that thats causing the leak you have nowhere else for it to leak from.

Alternative for the gearbox oil here 2 litres required, slightly more expensive than the ATF but will do just as well
