I have to order the front BMW emblem (82mm) for my '96 z3. I've noticed that on e-bay, there are genuine emblems and ones from China that are less that half the price. Any real difference? Does the BMW one last much longer? And what about the ones for the wheels? Same thing. What's your advice? Frankie in a quandary.

I replaced all of my roundels last year for the carbon effect ones Frankie, to be honest I can't say how long they will last but can say they felt decent quality, fitted well and look great. Ask me again next year.;)

Tony.

In one of the threads not long ago this was discussed but I can't recall which one. Anyone else not on drugs got a better memory than mine? JIM.

Thanks Frankie, they were a force to reckon with from 1942 till the end of WWII a combined Canadian USA forces specially trained in survival skills and operated mostly at night. They blackened their faces with boot polish and the German's called them Black Devils. They were very good at what they did and were the first of what would become known as Special Forces. The local Pine Falls Militia were called the Little Black Devils after the united force and every Jan 1 at the president's levy at our local legion we honour them by toasting with their regimental drink. A shot of black rum and creame de menthe. Two people link arms and all together you shoot it down. Well combined with the beer I drank combined with four shots I was pretty well lit for the first day of the year. One of the WWII Canadian vets was just presented with your Congressional Metal of Honour after 70yrs of waiting this week. So thanks for sharing the video. Unfortunately we only have a few of the LBD's still living and around here but I'm sure we'll carry on the tradition once they're all gone. JIM
