Looking to source a code to sort out a few new keys, as the one that came with the car is on its last legs ! Opening my only key I have found a white sticker inside with a 5 digit number on it,, is that the code for the car??

The key codes are 6 digits so I doubt it. The codes can be read off a photo of the key sent to an experienced locksmith. Who can then enter it into a computerised cutter. This is the best way to do it - not trace cutting as you will inherit wear facets. I have the name of a good man if you want to PM me. The keys are only a few quid.
But this will only give you a key to get into the car through manual unlocking, ie useful really only as an emergency for if you shut your other key in the car. It's not going to start the car which is a whole different story - that's all about coding transponders. You could also use such a key to re-shell the existing PCB and transponder. But you mention keys plural so I don't imagine that's your only intention?
