Event Need an organiser - BMW Car Club - BMW Sommerfest 07/08/22

Just got contacted by the BMWCCGB Club Coordinator inviting us to bring a group to the event.

"The BMW Car Club is inviting forums/social media clubs to attend our national day this year at Donington Park circuit on Sunday 7th August. There is a discount on tickets for both members and non-members, and MSV deal with all the ticketing so you don’t have to."

Anyone up for organising this? If so I can pass on the details they've sent me.

Parking will be based on model so all Zeds will be parked together whether an individual, a car club member or other club/forum member.
Sunday will be the best day with a full Racing calendar. Saturday is practice day and the BMWCC concourse event.
I will be there early as one of the car club volunteers so hopefully be directing the Zeds.

I'll be there for BMWCC on Saturday to help with concourse and there on Sunday to help with Z registers parking, etc.

Gaz I am planning to go to this, dependent on whether my car is up and running by then.
As I'm the only BMWCC member attending from the Cornwall region I have been asked by the club admin if I would like to be in a separate display with a Cornwall region flag - I guess they're choosing one car from each club region. I'm sure my tatty rolling restoration project will fit in nicely!

If the car is not fixed by then I'll attend with my friend in his 6 Series.
