Since getting the car, have been doing little things here and there when I have the time :)

first thing was the shabby boot badge which I had a replacement for, so easily fixed

fixed the B pillar which was loose, just a broken trip clip, which again I had one and fixed ;)

fixed the loose screws on driver side sun visor, ditched shabby looking centre caps for newer style one in oem colours

noticed the driver side cup holder was broken, removed and cleaned and chucked the broken cup holder and for now got a blanking plate instead. will eventually buy one but as I don't drink in the car, not that urgent!

bought a new gear shifter and handbrake handle, replaced them as well, looks much better

have taken the boot trim off as need to replace the 3rd brake light, just ordering that now so hopefully that wouldn't take much time to fix.

need to get the wheels either refurbished or buy some other wheels as they are pretty bad, common 108 issues!

most of the work I have done been cosmetic, but it still gives you nice feeling :)

will update when I have done any more stuff

It's infectious the more you do the more you want to do.

Regarding the wheels I would be tempted to get a set of "winter" wheels and strip the 108s and have them refurbed. I think they're one of the best looking wheels on a Z 3 or 4 and one of the easiest to clean (inside and out). As a split rim they don't like winter salt but a one piece like my 107s are fine through the winter months.

Completely agree @t-tony, love 108's but these are quite bad from close up, okay from miles away Have to find as you said either a 2nd set or change, don't mind 203's, still easy to clean and look good on coupe! Few other things to sort out first though ;)

What's a good fault reader to have within budget? Also, any easy way of programming the keys? Mine just locks and unlocks all doors, like to have the driver door unlock or boot only programmed!

As far as I'm aware you need something like the Carly system the "code" things on the car.

Changed the interior bulbs to led's so it looks a bit more brighter inside ;)

Noticed the first aid box from under the passenger seat was missing, got another one but noticed the bracket was already there, so easy fix, just put the new one in and done :D

Got a newer centre console trim as mine is covered in all sorts of marks and little dings but that has to wait for the weather to improve!

Also changed the radio knobs to X3 ones, already had 1, another from BMW and all sorted

In the meantime, driving it when the weather permits :nailbiting:

Met up with my friend yesterday with his merlot Z4 E85 and installed the quad clear tail lights for him ;)

Just need to get him to go for bigger alloys, currently on 103's, 17"!
