Munich Legends DOESN'T go into administration

Can't say I'm surprised, had nothing but bad experiences.

I'm surprised to hear this Lee - they did an amazing job for me last year getting to the bottom of & sorting out the problems caused by the powdercoated rocker cover & every time my car has gone there they have been faultless. Admittedly they're not cheap but I sort of feel that you get what you pay for - and aside from them & Redish Motorsport there doesn't seem to be anyone in the south of the UK that's prepared to work on S50's when they have an issue....

I've always thought that you pay through the nose for ML to do anything to your car, but they had the reputation of having seen most problems. They were prepared to strip things down, unlike main dealers who only replace parts from the parts list.

For instance, I think ML would replace seat bushes, but it wouldn't be cheap. BMW's solution = new seat, or new seat base as a minimum.

I'm surprised they have gone to the wall. Perhaps, there are not enough owner-drivers who don't want to get their hands dirty. Personally, I'd have thought their market would be pretty rock solid - obviously, it's not.

You wouldn't of needed a new engine if they listened in the first place. Arrogant service two times I've used them.
