Moving Seats!!

Hi guys,
Been looking in the search box but couldn't find anything sooo correct me if wrong... both my seats work as should motors all working seats go up and down and forwards and backwards, so what's the issue i hear you cry! if I accelerate or round a corner the seats appear to move on their mounts. just a little but enough to feel it. now are there mounting rubbers or similar that have perished or ??? and what sort of job is it to sort out? cheers from a zed nuby
