I had a surprise when I came back from walking today - a box containing a bouquet of flowers
But before you get too excited they were from a very old friend who sent them to cheer me and Dave up as we have had a bad few weeks.

Had a nice day with mum and dad yesterday.
Michelle and I took them both out for dinner.
There were balloons and flowers for Mother's Day and it's my mums 70 too!
We all enjoyed it, I did reflect on how lucky I was to have them both there with us.
