Brilliant, never seen that vid before, imagine, as a petrol head, walking into a barn like that..!!!
Lancia made some great looking cars back in the day.
The Bristol did it for me though.....:)
Sadly? I am not into Americana.

Great collection. It's as if they were stored to be found.

Well he didn't seem to fussy on make and model. Some lovely stuff in there, and some value to the right people.

Very interesting crop of vintage tin. I stumbled onto something similar in North Dakota but in about seven or eight buildings and scattered over the property. It contained so many vehicles I couldn't count them all I was in awe. One building held about twenty 50-60's Corvettes. Another was all 55-57 Chevrolets. There were about 70 Ford Model. A and everything else made in America from the Model T to the most modern 60's muscle cars. The fellow was a trucker and brought two or three cars home every trip for years. But he wouldn't sell a single car!! He was still pretty pi$$ed with his wife for letting me look around when I spoke to him on the phone. JIM

Both stories , amazing stories! Very dangerous for a weak heart oldtimer guy!
Should be so hard to keep your mind together, when you open the door of such huge barn and find what is inside...paved with oldtimers...just to inspect them you need years...hard to say if it's a bless or a curse!

For sure sold separately on auction.
And now in the circuit of car collectors.

I remember reading about this a few years ago. Didn't it turn out to be a hoax?

It's a carefully constructed one if it is.

I don't see the point of locking so many nice cars into a barn that was welded shut and leave them decades to the mice.

As long as the cars are real, sooner or later somebody will be kicked by luck and he will sell the lot.
And OK , now we are all more relaxed, knowing that isn't a rich surprise for a retired family:D...but the lot exists and is amazing!

I have been in several such yards in Arizona, New Mexico, North Dakota and several other western states where there were unbelievable numbers of vintage tin. Most will let you go around by yourself to admire the collections but some don't. It's mind boggling the number of old cars hidden away in the USA and Canada! Not as many in Canada but they are out there! Some even live in my back acreage. Went with my friend to a very large storage facility in Holland that was full of cars just about like the vid shows. Lots of American cars also due to there being a NATO base in the SE corner of Holland! JIM
