Took the Z3 out this morning to get it up to temp and then checked for any oil round the rocker cover.
All looking good.
Just been looking over the engine and could see the coolant dripping from the bottom of the expansion tank end of the radiator. Having looked at the exploded view it would appear that there is a gasket at the bottom of the plastic tank, so hopefully could be that. Can anyone advise if this is fairly simple to do to. I know how to get the radiator out, but wondered if there are any tips or anything to be careful of when dismantling the plastic tank.

Bit annoying but I’d rather find these things now while the weather isn’t so good.

Stripped out the rad today and after a bit of a struggle got the expansion tank off.
Both seals showed signs of leaking.
Just waiting for the two new seals from Sopers of Lincoln.

Just for anyone doing this putting a bit of tube on the outlet and into a bucket saves it dripping all over the bottom of the rad, and garage floor.
