We called at Aldi in Gainsborough on Tuesday afternoon and I made a Bee-line for the "tools" section as usual and found these two.

The electric file was £29.99 and the hand files set was only £4.99. The hand files appear very good steel ie cut very well not too sure about the handle quality, may be a bit brittle. The miniature files will be very useful.
The electric file I like and definitely a good bit of kit, for metal, wood, plastic whatever. I tried it on the anvil of my bench vice and it took only seconds to clean it up bright as in the pic.

But remember, When they're gone, they're gone.:)

We don't have an Aldi locally but a Lidl and the tools are really good and come with a 3 year warranty ,if you are an occasional mechanic they are very good value, they are not snap on quality but are much better than budget tools
