Hi Gaz, yep i shall be going to this show again this year. Our local bmw club will be having our first meet of 2013
this Wed. 16th so if i go along i shall ask if their attending again too, maybe this time we from .org can join in
with them. What do you think?
I havnt had a form yet because all my post has to be re-directed still after our move.

Well Gaz i asked at the car club meet but there was no interest in this show. Apparently its on the same
time as the Welsh weekend in LLandrindod Wells which they all enjoyed last year and want to go again
this year. The driving to and around that area mind is realy good, better than sitting in a field i suppose. :-?

If there is no interest in that show, then maybe it's worth finding out some more details on the one they are excited about! Maybe post them up here if possible?

Right. The BMWCC are holding a weekend meet at the Metropole Hotel in Llandrindod Wells on the 4th and 5th May for members of the club. Its being sponsored by Green Bower BMW dealer who last year brought along some very nice new models including the M3 and the M5 and members were taking these cars out for a short tour around the area. I believe that this will be the case again this year.
But apart from that, the meeting was enjoyed by all who took part and they came from far and wide. Most stayed for the weekend in the hotel and had a fantastic welcome. There are some realy great roads around this area to explore if you wish or just park up in the hotel car park and chat with other like minded BMW owners.

Beacause the Swansea show takes place on the bank holiday monday the 6th of May, we have decided this year to instead take a drive up to Llandrindod Wells for this the Welsh Weekend Break and Tour for the Saturday 5th May and would like to know from any BMWCC members on this forum who would like to join in and meet us there? :coolsteer)

Gary that weekend is also the AGM in the hotel I think a contingent from Zroadster.org that happen to be BMWCC GB members might be good to be at due to changes that are being discussed at the BMWCC I also found the form in my post box when I got back this week.

Neil, this was victim to a larger event happening on the same weekend.

It got a good turn out last year, but the car club are holding a bigger event in Llandrindod on the same weekend. Looks like the car club guys we were next to are all going to that instead! It's also the weekend of the car club AGM which a couple of us are going along to (not convinced it will be as much fun as a cruise though).

Not sure on your location, but Duxford is on Sunday 5th of May. Always a good turn out for that.

I think that it is not being supported this year due to the BMW CCGB Welsh weekend being the same weekend and the AGM and the Duxford show as well. I know that Cary and I are at the AGM on the Saturday morning. but we have not talked about anything else for that weekend. And I have to say that Duxford was brilliant last year as we all went round the museum as well which was great.

What do you think Gary?

Ive just had a look and its 4 hours away for me, im in porthcawl south wales, i'll have a think about it :)

Hiya neilthomas, thought i recognised your z4m spotted it on a few occassions i was driving through Porthcawl.
I will be going up to LLandrindod for that weekend if you do go maybe we should meet up and you can come along with us. :coolsteer)
