My wife and I have a villa set high in the foothills of the Sierra Bernia on the Costa Blanca North,we've been resident here for the last twelve years.
I've wanted a Zed ever since a friend gave me a drive in his in 1998,but due to work commitments I wasn't able to buy one until two years ago when I bought what I consider to be the best 2.2i around (this is obviously up for debate). Seriously though the car although it has 94K on the clock is absolutely immaculate, faultless ie. apart from an error message that comes up when I try to play CD's). In order to comply with the Spanish legal requirements I had to fit left dipping headlights, for these I chose a set of Angel eye's. At the same time I fitted a new set of tyres and after reading Mr. Fishwick's article on the subject I chose a set of Falken's. I didn't really need to but fitted new brake discs and pads all round apart from that I've not needed to touch anything else. not done a lot of miles so far about two thousand but hope to do a lot more in the future.
A truly great owners club incidentally and long may it remain so.
Very best regards
