MAZDA engine concept

It appears that Japanese manufacturer MAZDA aren't giving up on the internal combustion engine just yet. They're looking a triple charged engine concept featuring two exhaust driven turbo's and an electrically driven super charger.

Watched a YouTube video on it interesting concept to save 20-30% mpg but can't help feeling that leccy is the way forward once battery tech is more viable. Have to be impressed with the Tesla performance but just need the range and infrastructure for fast charging to make it viable plus realistic affordable cars but want to keep my ///M
