The original Marcos Coupe was a stunning car in it's day. (1960 s)It was the 'lowest car' of it's day as I recall. That is,the total height of the car, not the lowest ground clearance. I never liked the later convertibles,just didn't look as good. The Mini Marcos wasn't a pretty car,but later reincarnations by a new owner were much tidier.

Totally with you on that one mate. Bloody awful looking thing. Mother in law ha's just bought an 05 plate copper s. Brilliant drive it is, proper quick little thing.

Shirl passed one of those Mini's on the M1 today in the Oil burner (near Sheffuld, strangely enough) and we both said together " That is pig ugly" some folks like them obviously!
