It’s more a case of what you don’t need. For starters:

DME, EWS & lock set possibly from US as no UK 2.5s. Or DME with EWS delete
Engine loom
Uprated front brakes
Exhaust
Air box & intake hoses
Radiator

I don’t think you’ll find a how to on this as most would consider it an unusual start point.

I shouldn't be a huge job, You'll need a logical approach to it. Take one step at a time.

For what your using you should be able to mate the engine up to the existing gearbox. Unless you have the ZF box on the 2.5 use that. But you might need to use the GEtrag box to mate the flanges on the shaft.

The engine mounts will line up, engine loom will cross over (plug n play) You'll need an EWS delete ecu to get you running. The fuel rail should cross over ok just make sure you have a release valve either on the rail or filter.

Quite a few details like this on my engine swap thread.

The 325 bhp is not much more over the M43 so you could get away with the existing running gear, it might launch like a missile due to the final drive, if thats an issue get yourself a 3.15 ratio diff.

Edit: just seen its an auto, getrag box it is.
