I know this topic has been discussed to death, and as far as I can tell there is no one-size fits all answer...But could this be a likely candidate?

Obviously been taped up before - perhaps to bodge the same issue - but now the tape is a bit oily and is lifting up 🧐
 
Could well be the problem.
