That's what he thought until he realised it didn't illuminateWhat a Knob!!!!
Just goes to show they are employing people with no training.Yesterday I noticed they had taken the bolt out and not replaced it with anything! I’ve been driving round on 4 nuts (an MOT fail so clearly not safe) and no protection against theft for what is probably £800+ of wheel and tyre.
I would have asked to speak to the Service Manager directly and tell those on the desk it only goes up from there. Allowing any car the leave in an unroadworthy condition when it arrived in good order is negligent. Use words like that out front will have you invited to discuss the issue in a back office very quickly indeed. My 3GT was in for a service on Wed. I told them there was likely to be a problem with a worn locking wheel nut even though it’s only 12 months olds.
Nothing said about it when I pick it up. Although they give you an online link to check what they did before you even pick it up and I saw a complete set of locking wheel nuts had been ordered. But service desk knew nothing about it.

Went in to complain. They couldn’t give a sh*t. And just told me even when the bolts arrive they’ve got no slots in the workshop for 2 weeks to fit them.
So I told them I wanted a regular bolt to fit myself before leaving. Which they did give me.
Dick Lovett of Swindon if you’re wondering as they need naming and shaming.
I’m really not surprised to see a car driven through a window. Crazy, criminal and probably with a lot of comeback. But not remotely surprised.
