Can anyone help please?
I've recently changed my rear light clusters on my 2.8I series 1 Zed. I'm trying to find the appropriate canbus error free led upgrade bulbs for the bottom 3 bulbs! I've found the reverse and indicator but struggling for the Main, side and fog. Can anyone point me in the right direction on Ebay uk please???
Thank you

Do you need canbus light bulbs on a Z3? I was under the impression it was only the indicator bulbs which were a problem, and that only unless you changed the flasher can. I had no issues on my 2000 Z3.

I have used these for a few years, excellent quality, plus you can get super bright for the fogs and reversing light (80w) They are not cheap but the ones I fitted in my Z3 4 years ago are still spot on. I tried cheaper ones but the were not bright and didnt last.

BTW to have LED indicators you will need to change the flasher unit, @5harp3y can supply if he still does them

EDIT 40% off at the moment

just a word of warning, if you have cruise control and fit LED brake lights it can stop the CC working

Ask me how I know....
Interesting, never had that issue were you using cree's?

Great link @Nodzed - lots of choice!
which did you use for the rear tail light - the Z3 only has a pretty small rear ‘running’ light so thinking a little bit more output would be good (but not too much like a fog - obviously the brake lights light will need upgrading too so they obviously brighter than the ‘running’ lights.

If I remember Correctly

Brakes 80w red
Reversing 80w clear amazing how bright these are almost like head lights.
Fogs 80w red
Rears 60w red
Indicators 60w amber

I used the red options for the red lights as the clear made them look pink
I did put a thread on here somewhere detailing which bulbs I used.....one caution facelift bulbs are different from pre face lift

not sure to be honest, I did not put 2 and 2 together until quite sometime after the CC stopped working,
then realised, swapped to normal bulbs again, and instant fix..

there were these type:

Well worth knowing  TBH I haven't come across those bulbs before.
