Looking for an OBD2 scanner that can log an external Voltage signal?

Hi

I'm deep into doing some testing on my car. It would be great if I had a OBD2 scanner with logging functions that would also accept an external voltage signal, say 0 to 5V DC or 0 to 12V DC.

I can't seem to find one.

Have any of you come across such a device?
