light blue z3 at traffic lights just above monmouth staunton

Spotted Blue Z3 light blue maybe topaz with some silver grills... was about 4,5 cars behind me at traffic lights staunton forest of dean this afternoon about 3.30 ish... was behind me all the way down to monmouth, and i think turned off to tintern at bottom of hill by monmouth...

was it you ?
