Hi all,

I have recently acquired a 2000 3.0 Z3 convertible.

When the roof is up and driven in rain, the seal between the roof and the windscreen in the top corners leaks extremely badly, soaking both passenger and driver.

Is this a relatively easy fix or will I be shelling out a few bob to sort out - any and all advice is appreciated

Cheers, Jody

Sounds like the A pillar bung needs attention. There’s plenty of threads on here for you to search and a selection of YouTube videos to watch here’s one to start you off

If it’s not your bungs try adjusting the catches a little bit tighter.

And/or do this as well .. roof latch adjustment will pull the roof in tighter against the seals. I also recommend using Gummi-fledge on all the rubbers to make them supple again.
