Leaks under car?

Hi,

Have you ever noticed your Z3 dripping water?
Its been raining a lot these days and now that the weather is good i thought i would test if i have any leaks.

I usually keep it with a cover on. Today i drove it to work, parked it on a nice dry spot and later moved it to check for leaks.
It had water that looked like it was coming from the under trays/ splash guards. Not a lot but some.

So either the car gathers water in the splash guards very easily even from the sides, or there is a leak, probably radiator since it looks like water, but the radiator and power steering and all that stuff look dry..

It seems weird, my toyota would be completely dry under the car and i never put a cover on it.
I moved it to another dry spot to repeat the test. Its probably fine i just thought i would see if anyone else has noticed it.

Have you felt the water to see if its has antifreeze in it, it may be the aircon.

I don't have ac and it smells and looks like rain water no antifreeze.

I see damp patches under the engine bay of my coupe everytime it rains...

The more under trays cars have the more you see this. If my car has stood outside in the rain and the drive has dried, after you drive off there’s usually a trail of water coming from underneath.
