Hi all, my Zed has a leak in the boot. Came out last week and noticed the boot carpet was wet, looked underneath and there was about 4 inches of water in the battery well!
Had time to take the carpets out today and there's also water in the 2 wells on the left and right sides. While the carpets were out I decided to spray the hose pipe on it to see where the water is coming in. Couldn't see anything at all? Then I realised my car was parked the other way round than normal (usually the water will run towards the back as the drive slopes down where the boot is) so I turned the car around and sprayed again. See pics below:
Right at the back there is a steady stream of water and this is only after a few minutes of spraying. When I got this car I noticed the roof had obviously been replaced as the wiring is on the roof for an automatic roof when it doesn't have the switched or pump fitted. I can only presume it was fitted badly and this is where it's leaking from? I'm gutted about this now as I know how big a job it is to remove and re-fit it!
Any other suggestions before I head down this route?
Thanks
