When I open .org I have to click 'what's new' for the latest threads button to appear 'is this correct'

Actually that's a good spot Ray. You aren't going mad, it's a slight inconsistency I overlooked when I changed the home page over.
If you click on HOME in the menu you get a different menu when you switch to FORUMS. If you look at the two options below, it proves the point.

Now it has got angry and wont even open them
I'm using IE10 as IE11 it conflicts with Kaspersky
They might have fixed the issue now, it switched off kaspersky

Chrome >> Firefox >> anything else >> Internet Explorer
Easy with chrome no issuesLike most near things i find the toolbar not that friendly

I've lost the Home button, i understand that is an issue with chrome

On my IPad I don't have this problem, I rarely use the browser if that's the correct term

Doesn't usually matter as it will generally redirect you to the UK version if you choose Google.com
Did not even notice that you had changed that, I just always click on the text on the right of 'What's New' as Boysie says, habit.
