Be on parade for pre day 1 brief at 09:15hrs
Group 1 will roll at 09:30hrs, if you're late you'll have to catch up.
Day 2 - Have your Zeds ready to roll at 10:15hrs
Be on parade for pre day 2 brief at 10:15hrs
Group 1 will roll at 10:30hrs, if you're late you'll have to catch up.
Groups 2 and 3 will roll at 10 minute intervals thereafter.
Day 1 is a slow day up and over the passes with a few faster bits inbetween. Early start and later finish.
Day 2 is a more flowing day across the Dales sweeping roads.
The Hotel Contract is signed and sealed, full payment is required by Friday 8th April latest. This is the latest date we can cancel without invoking the full cost (circa £5k on me and the C-in-C). To that end I will set up a PM for payment details via PayPal only (ensure you state "Lakes Tour" on your payment so we can track it). No deposits required, just full payment. We will collect all payments and pay as a oner as it's a group booking. You'll all get verification of receipt of monies and full payment.
If you need to drop out prior to the 8th April please let me know soonest so I can go to the reserve list.
Any dietary requirements please let the hotel know.

Stop 2 - The Wensleydale Ice Cream Shop for tea/coffee/snacks/Comfort break.
OUR LOCATION
Wensleydale Ice Cream is located at Hardbanks Barn, Thornton Rust, Nr Leyburn, N Yorks DL8 3AS
In a tastefully converted barn set back off the road from Leyburn to Hawes. We are just out of Aysgarth you’ll find us on the left, postcode DL8 3AS. It's on the right for us (direction of travel).
Stop 3 - The Charles Bathurst Inn for lunch. Planning on a lite buffet. Soup and sandwiches will be served for us in our own separate area. The food will be put out as each group arrives to ensure all get fed. The cost is £11:95 per head, we've paid a £190 deposit to secure it. Please bear in mind that it's a Sunday, at prime time in a quality Dales eatery, stopping for a full dinner is not an option (expensive too). And we are time-bound.
Any food allergies etc please let me know soonest.
