The knowledge I have accrued and retianed has caused enlargement of the noggin..So much so, I have to do this to a $200.00 hat...

The other option was, suggested by wife.. To take an angle grinder and flappy wheel to my head...Or buy another Mazda.=))

Wot, no corks?:bag:
I do have one with corks on it , they are supposed to discourage fly's from landing in your eye, mouth, or flying up your nose. But they actually do bugger all, apart from make you look like a tw@t. But this hat is to discourage crocadilligators, adorned with the skin and teeth of one that didn't need them anymore..

Ah ha. For much the same reason I had the idea quite a while back when I found a small meteorite on top of a Welsh mountain (Mynydd Maendy, if anyone's interested) of sewing it into a hat, on the basis that if the chances of being hit by a meteorite whilsy going about my daily life are pretty damn slim then the chances of being hit by a meteorite whilst wearing a meteorite must be round about infinitesimally small. Still, statistics are just official lies. Or something like that.

Mynydd Maendy is dahn sarf, so it has to be small in case it frightens the locals.:bag:
Mine's bigger than yours

Looking out my office window, with a bloody great tree spoiling my view, (who put that there) is Mynydd Maen over other side of the valley. We're about 50 feet above sea level here. The top over there is over 1500 feet. Which, btw, is over 500 feet higher than yours. Still not a mountain though.

I do like looking over at it though coz the shape and the color of the heather in summer reminds me of the North Yorkshire Moors where I walked many miles with my Dad. He's still up there in the middle of the NY Moors.

It'll be the natives that named it Mynydd Maendy, not me. Wrong end of the country to be me, although I did spend over a year down there near Hay on Wye. Nice place, by the way, well worth a visit if you're in the area. See if you can spot the border.
