I had to cancel the outing to the Kit Car show as no interest was forthcoming bit of a shame really as just received this from the organisers:
Hello Jim.
With regards to your email about a club site, we can accommodate you if you give me some idea as to numbers that will be turning up at the show. As you will be having a club site we will let your members in at the kit car rate which are:
Daily Admission: Kit Car Driver - FOC
Passenger - £10
Weekend/Camping Rates: Kit Car Driver - £5
Passenger - £15
We only allow a pass for the club secretary to have free admission on the Saturday to set up your club site, and Monday afternoon for packing away your club site. If you could get back to me with numbers a.s.a.p. then i can allocate you a stand.
