key fob

Key fob won't activate central locking ,or set alarm, can lock car with key manually,,but alarm does not set ,and light does not flash,car starts and runs fine,new battery put in key fob ,any ideas thanks

Does the fob look like this brick?

If so you may need to re-learn the fob to the EWS module.

No mr legend, its a key with open ,lock,and boot release on it ,was working fine then just stopped,nothing wrong with battery in the key?
