Karbonius CSL air intake

Hi has anyone had the Karbonius CSL intake fitted to their Z3M S54? Unfortunately I cannot find any info with them fitted to the Z3M’s but only to the E46
M3. My garage contacted Karbonius about it and they said that it would fit except for the snorkel due to space restrictions.

A quick glance and ABS pump, diagnosis socket and dipstick tube will all need to be repositioned. Electrical wire shrouding over the top of the plenum will need to be modified.

Thanks Pingu For that. The garage guys also told me that I would have to live with the big opening although the air filter was well inside and would do no damage. looking at the e46 M3 pictured and the opening without snorkel doesn’t look too bad and yes that CSL roar!! For definition purposes would this set up be considered a ’closed airbox’?
