Those wheels look like e36 M3 'sunflowers' with polished lips. Would love too see more pics.

Don't think you'll get through MOT with that much poke on the rears though - seems the tread is well outside the arch.
19" Wheels came with car but I have the original 15 " in reserve. I will get some picks. They do stick out a little but does make it look a bit more butch. I would have preferred the wide body but had a limited budget. Don't fancy after market wheel arches

Those look nice, can't say I've seen them before. They similar to the e36 M3 sunflowers but much much bigger and have polished lip.
If you ever take them off I'd love to know what make they are (might have a stamp on the inside). I do like a polished lip!
