Last year I started smarting up my Z3 by having front end and sills sorted.
Bonnet & wings were resprayed and 2 new outer sills fitted. Within days i regretted not having a full respray so now i have taken the plunged and booked the rest in.
Fortunately i get a great deal from a friend of a friend who runs an accident management/repair business so it makes it much more affordable.
List to do:
Doors, rear wings, boot and rear bumper resprayed.
4 wheels refurbed and all calipers painted.
£600
For me that's a bargain! best day of the year so far!!
Whats your thoughts on the calipers? Car is silver with red interior. I didnt want to go for the obvious red calipers as i think it takes away from the classy look. I think loud calipers draw the eye away from the rest of the beautiful lines so i went for a gunmetal grey look. Good choice?
