Japanese audiio

Help please . I have a 2.2 Z3 imported from Japan the car is fitted with a home market audio system that looks quite impressive , but unfortunately when powered up it does not function and all information is in Japanese .
Does anyone know if it can be converted for uk use ?

Some radios can be changed to another market but most can not. I think you should include radio info such as brand and model number or hit Best Buy while you are out cruising

Thanks for your response.
Not sure what model but it is a Pansonic unit, that has a flip up screen when activated. All data is in Japanese so no idea what information is being displayed..
I guess I will need to replace the item when I can find an audio specialist locally.
